Harbor started in business in 1931, when all orders were hand written and confirmed by US Mail. Yes, that meant no phone orders were accepted. The team at Harbor has grown over the years using first telegrams, then teletype, telephones, faxes, 800 numbers, and today e-commerce. Through all that, our mission has not changed: Carry the products and provide the services that help make our customers successful. Thanks for your orders.

Limited Hassle Return Program


Harbor works hard to insure that you are shipped exactly what you want. We also select reputable carriers to transport your orders to you quickly, accurately and carefully. Unfortunately, things do occasionally happen, and any return process will involve at least a limited amount of hassle. We will work with you to help insure that the hassle factor is extremely limited. We do need your help in the following areas:
  • Never delivered - call Harbor immediately, toll free 800-345-1712. Please have your order number available, and we will handle the rest.
  • Damaged packages - if your package is obviously damaged, refuse the shipment. Call Harbor immediately.
  • Not what you ordered - if the contents do not match the packing list- contact Harbor immediately, 800-345-1712. Harbor will issue a shipment error Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) for return of the shipment in error and arrange for immediate reshipment of your order.
  • Manufacturing defect - contact Harbor immediately, 800-345-1712. Your customer service representative will issue an RGA and arrange to have the defective merchandise picked up and place an order for shipment of a replacement item immediately.
  • Just don't need it, don't like it - if within 30 days, you decide that you just don't need the item, call Harbor to receive an RGA and return shipping instructions. Once you receive your RGA, and the product is returned to Harbor in original packaging and is sellable as new, you have two options:

    1. Purchase another item(s) from Harbor's E-business site and receive full credit for your returned items applied against your new order.
    2. Request a credit to your account. A 10% restocking charge is applied and the cost of return freight is deducted from your credit amount.
  • Please do not return any goods to Harbor without an RGA issued by your Customer Service representative. Any time you have a concern or problem, just call Harbor 1-800-345-1712, we're here to help you.


Warranty Information

The merchandise listed in this site is made in conformance to the manufacturer's description. Buyers are encouraged to contact the manufacturer directly for specific information as to the manufacturer's warranty, should one exist.
