Chemcast® EcoGreen the all purpose cell-cast acrylic sheet
Chemcast® EcoGreen is the trademark for our environmentally friendly cell cast acrylic sheet produced 100% with recycled monomer methyl methacrylate (R-MMA). Chemcast Ecogreen has excellent optical properties and high-quality surface characteristics for indoor and outdoor applications. Chemcast® EcoGreen production starts by collecting the acrylic scraps generated internally, from our domestic fabricators and customers or from post-consumer waste. The recycled monomer methyl methacrylate is obtained by a de-polymerization process that recovers liquid monomer from PMMA.

    Chemcast® EcoGreen looks, performs, fabricates, and
    lasts as long as standard virgin synthetic acrylics.Normally, all kinds of machining, such as CNC router and laser cutting, hot bending, solvent and polymerizable bonding, thermoforming, polishing, and digital flatbed printing can be done without any problem.
